Peticolas Sit Down or I Will Sit You Down IPA | 10% ABV | 8.00

The hop flavor is intense, fresh and lively. Yet with all of the Peticolas beers, it's all about balance and this one is no exception. The ever present malt character provides a tremendously full mouthfeel. Finally, the alcohol in this beer is intentionally present (and delicious).

Manhattan Project Red Gate Amber Lager | 5.4% ABV | 8.00

Red Gate Amber Lager, has a rich toasted bread character and notes of light caramel. It is a beautiful red color with a lovely dry and crisp finish. It is made for bbq and sports (watching or playing) and transitions easily from summer to fall and back again.

Rollertown Twilight Temptation Imperial Stout | 12% ABV | 9.00

Twilight Temptation features bursts of fig, marshmallow, and rich dark chocolate. The first scent you'll pick up on the nose is fig jam, and the first taste of fig melts quickly into a decadent dark chocolate fudge. On the back, you get toasted marshmallow with a hint of pistachio. This is a big (12%), complex, creamy stout that will excite your taste buds.

Peticolas Wintervention Ale l 10%ABV | 8.00

This dark strong winter ale is spiced with nutmeg, cinnamon, allspice, and ginger. A full bodied ale meant to be enjoyed during the cold winter months with family and friends. English hops and high quality malts give this beer its backbone.

Hop and Sting Miracle Wheat Blood Orange l 5.5%ABV | 7.00

This is an American wheat beer with blood orange puree added for a refreshing summer treat. It's perfect for a day at the ballpark, pool or at home quenching a big league thirst!

Peticolas Golden Opportunity Golden Lager l 4.6%ABV | 8.00

​Straw-like in color with a dense white head, this medium-bodied brew has a light, pleasant malt aroma with a hint of sweetness and faint bitterness. It is clean, well-balanced and suitably carbonated for a crisp, refreshing feel. One word comes to mind when thinking about this beer… delicate.
