Manhattan Project Red Gate Amber Lager | 5.4% ABV | 8.00

 The "Manhattan Project Red Gate" refers to two things: a popular Amber Lager beer by Manhattan Project Beer Company (Dallas, TX) with notes of toasted bread and caramel, known for its crisp finish; and historically, the Red Gate Woods (Chicago) where the first nuclear reactor was moved and buried after the Chicago Pile-1 experiments, becoming a site of early nuclear research for the WWII Manhattan Project. 

Peticolas Sit Down or I’ll Sit You Down IPA | 9% ABV | 8.00

"Sit Down or I'll Sit You Down" is the signature IPA from Peticolas Brewing. The beer is a gold-colored, high-ABV, dry-hopped IPA that features high but not harsh hop bitterness, a strong floral aroma, and intense hop flavors balanced by a full malt mouthfeel. 

Manhattan Project Wise Monkeys Belgian Triple l 10% ABV | 9.00

Manhattan Project's Wise Monkeys is a potent (10% ABV) Belgian Golden Strong ale with a dry, semi-sweet finish. It has a golden-yellow color and is described as "devilsihly drinkable" with a medium body, high carbonation, and a flavor profile that includes hints of peach, bubblegum, and fermented stone fruit.

Rollertown ‘‘Who’s the Hefe’’ Hefewiezen l 5% ABV | 8.00

"Rollertown Who's the Hefe?" is a hazy, straw-colored Hefeweizen with a 5% ABV, characterized by notes of banana, bubble gum, clove, and vanilla, created by using traditional Bavarian yeast strains. It's a wheat beer from Rollertown Beerworks, and its taste has been described as having a prominent banana aroma but a milder flavor, with some finding its body a bit too light.
