A LITTLE HIGHER.
Icarus Coffee was created by Chef Kostas Lazanas with a simple idea: the coffee served at his restaurants should be every bit as intentional as the food coming out of the kitchen.
Inspired by the story of Icarus and the desire to push beyond the ordinary, we set out to create a coffee with real character something bold, memorable, and distinctly our own.
What started at Opa Greek Taverna now lives on at Onassis, where Icarus is proudly brewed every day.
